The Development Advice Line is a platform that provides advice and guidance related to software and product development. The information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

4. Intellectual Property

All content provided through the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, and logos, is the property of DAH and it’s operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use such content without our prior written consent.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide during the advice-seeking process.

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

Respect the confidentiality and privacy of the advice received and refrain from sharing sensitive information.

6. No Guarantee of Results

While we strive to provide accurate and helpful advice, we do not guarantee the success or outcome of any actions taken based on the information provided through the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

DAH, its affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Service.

DAH and your advisor do not accept personal responsibility for any information shared during the session.

No liability is assumed for the outcomes resulting from the advice provided.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend the Service at any time without notice for any reason.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time without notice. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by the current version of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

Development Advice Line (“DAL”) specific terms of service

These terms are in additional to the general terms of using a DAH service.

a. Session Timing and Charges

DAL is subject to a minimum duration of 15 minutes per session.

Chargeable time begins from the allocated start time of the session.

b. Session Rescheduling

If your advisor is running late or unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rearranged for the earliest mutually convenient day/time.

c. Outstanding Balances

Any outstanding balance post-session must be settled within 7 days or prior to another booked session, whichever comes sooner.

d. Session Recordings

We do not record advisory sessions for privacy and confidentiality reasons.

e. Advisor Recommendations

DAH advisors may suggest booking with a different advisor.

Upon review of the information provided, DAH advisors may recommend the support/guidance be provided via phone, video, or written response to ensure the client receives the best value.
